Thank you for shopping with The Blue Lagoon Studio. We strive to provide reliable and efficient shipping services. Below is our shipping policy, which outlines processing times, methods, costs, and other important details. Please read it carefully before placing an order.

 

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within [2-5] business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking details to update. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order suspected of fraud or policy violation during processing.

 

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, destination, and selected method. Estimated delivery times (after processing):
International: 11-24 business days, depending on destination.


Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to high-volume periods, weather, or carrier delays.

 

3. Shipping Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order but before it ships, contact us immediately at hello@thebluelagoonstudio.com. Once shipped, addresses cannot be modified.

 

4. Shipping Restrictions

We ship to most countries worldwide but cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or restricted areas. If your location is ineligible, we will notify you and issue a refund. We do not ship to known high-risk fraud areas or addresses associated with previous policy violations.

 

5. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

We partner with high-quality fulfillment providers to minimize damage and loss. However, to process any claims:

Damaged Packages: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with detailed evidence, including photos or videos of the damage, the original packaging (including all labels and seals), and the product itself. We will investigate and, if verified, offer a replacement.

Lost or Missing Packages: If your package does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, contact us within 30 days of shipment. We will investigate with the carrier and, if confirmed lost, provide a one-time reshipment or store credit. No refunds for unverified claims.

We reserve the right to deny claims that appear suspicious, such as repeated requests from the same buyer or lack of sufficient evidence.

 

7. Returns and Refunds

To minimize fraudulent activity and ensure fair practices, all sales are final except in cases of verified defects or errors on our part. We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, sizing issues, or personal preference. For eligible returns:

Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Buyer pays all return shipping costs, including any customs fees for cross-border returns. We recommend using tracked shipping to avoid disputes. Upon receipt and inspection (which may take 5-10 business days), we will issue store credit or an exchange only—no cash refunds unless required by law. Personalized or custom items are non-returnable. We track return patterns and may refuse future orders from buyers with excessive or suspicious returns.

 

7. Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Use it on the carrier's website to monitor progress.
